Members drewwithcrayons
I have an alesis micron, I'm kind of new to synthesizers and I was wondering if there is any way to send the sounds via USB MIDI from Logic Express to my synth so I won't have to use my Mac during live performances. I would need sounds like strings, pianos, and maybe a few others because there isn't any non-synthesized strings or piano sound programmed on the micron. Any info would be awesome! Members tim gueguen
You can't do what you're thinking of. The Micron can only produce sounds from its own circuitry. To get the kind of realistic sounds you mention you either need to take your Mac with you or buy another hardware instrument that produces those sounds.
