Members Antman261 Posted December 29, 2006 Members Share Posted December 29, 2006 Hi, I'm playing a setup involving a firestudio and then an additional 16 mic pre's via adat, and i'm very undecided about which product i should buy to expand my firestudio (well, when I get a firestudio). Mainly in regard to the preamps. Is the onyx really worth all that extra money for less features but possibly better preamps? Are the preamps really THAT good/that much better then the FS preamps?
