Members MarkZ
Last night, CBS broadcast the Kennedy Center Honors. Did anyone else watch this? Among others honorees, tribute was paid to Dolly Parton. (As previously reported in the press, Jessica Simpson requested to be edited out of the telecast because she forgot the words to "9 To 5". Shocking, huh?) The flawless Alison Krauss' leads off pitch perfect performance of "Jolene". As if you'd expect anything else. Shania follows, singing "Coat of Many Colors" with Alison Krauss on harmony. Sounded like major AT on Shania's lead vox. We're talking Cher-effect AT. Could I be wrong? Please tell me someone else caught this. Why would a performer do this in such a setting? I know that obvious answer. To close, Vince Gill breathed much life into "I Will Always Love You", as if you'd expect anything else.

Members Jotown
I thought she sounded good. I cannot say I could detect AT on her voice, but at least she knew the words and didn't run off stage.
