It doesn't matter if you like Christmas music. If this outfit comes to your town, GO.

Went last night (the tickets were a Christmas present from Andrew).

They played for 2 1/2 hours. The band consisted of two guitars, bass, 2 keyboardists, drums, a string section (borrowed from the Kansas City Symphony and conducted by a wild violinist woman from England), and assorted vocalists and narrators.

The first half of the show was their Christmas concept piece, and the last half were assorted classical/metalloid rearrangements.

Not only did the music tear it up, but the light show was, without a doubt, the most spectacular thing I've seen anywhere.

Freakin' awesome.

Just how ARE those damn keyboard players:confused:

Well, I s'pose Botch oughta know, he's a keyboard player. :D

I'm not sure if Mark Wood is playing with them. You might check their website. I think they have two complete separate outfits. Geez, maintaining that sort of stage setup for one band has gotta be unreal, much less two.
