  • Outputs on TD-8 Drum Modules

    Here's my burning question.

What's the story with individual outputs on the TD-8? I have a TD-6 and it only outputs a stereo mix. I need individual outs for at least the snare, hi-hat and kick. The rest can be a stereo mix. Will the TD-8 do this?

Also looking at the Yamaha DTXTREME (not the cheaper XPRESS). Anyone used one of these with Roland pads?

the Td-8 has 4 outputs, all seperate so techinically speaking you could do what you're looking to do however it would only leave you with one output for the rest of the stuff.

      Correct.

The TD-10 has more separate outs still. If it is crucial to do exactly what you stat (and all stereo) the TD-10 should be able to.
