Members Apendecto
I'm looking at buying a used car on the cheap with a very low amount of miles on it. Seems clean but you never know. CarFax wants $30 for a vehicle history report, but I'm a cheap ass and if I can save $5 for beer I will. Anything cheaper than CarFax and just as reliable? Thanks. Yo. Members PaulyWally
http://www.autocheck.com $20 for a single report, $25 for unlimited. There's a free VIN check on the main page too. But I'm not sure how much info that gives you. Also, if you are buying from a dealer, most will be able to furnish you with a CarFax report on request. Members Svi
Are you buying from a dealer or private party? If you are buying from a dealer, they should provide the report to you free of charge.
Members Apendecto
Thanks. It's not from a dealer so I'm out of luck there. Yo.
Members L-1329
Well, if you're looking at a dealership, just make them give you a copy. If they don't, just walk. edit: too slow!
