Great read, really funny in parts, but also infuriating--expectedly--when the inner workings of the record business are detailed. The fortune spent on payola to get their single out there, the fact their second album "failed" even though they were playing sold out theaters, spending thousands on a video and finding out Mtv refuses to play it (more debt for the band to be paid back in CD sales), honchos within their own record label trying to hold them back.
