Sound Quality

I run an Ibanez RG570 through a Roland VGA5. I don't own this pedal, but I got to try it out with a similar setup. The noise level depends on your amp's settings and the EQ settings, but it's easy to get just about any sound you want. Very versatile.

Reliability/Durability

The great thing about this EQ is that the knobs are fairly large. This works for me because I usually play barefoot and if I need to adjust the settings, I can do it without much effort. I can't afford backups for everything, and this pedal seems like it would be reliable enough not to worry. It looks pretty durable as well.

General Comments

I've been playing for about 5 years, and own the Boss Metal Zone and Turbo Distortion. I play mostly metal, but like most equalizer this is designed for all kinds of music.

I prefer this one over most of the digital EQs I've tried, and it's got a simple design. I'd say it's top of the line in it's price range, even though I wouldn't have minded if it was a little cheaper.
