Members saif Posted July 16, 2003 Members Share Posted July 16, 2003 Hey guys, i am the newest member of this messageboard. spent five hours reading every inches of the messages posted here. really helpful. as the subject puts it, I am dying for some feedback on my music. Thanks to people in Advance who will give their time. Everything there is basic Rock. all the instruments (whether programmed or played are done by me). I don't care for the style of music on the other two. The guitar sounds good on your first 2 tracks, but really over compressed on the last one. I don't care for the drum sound AT ALL on any of the tracks. It sounds like a drummer who can't play or a crappy drum machine. Either way the drums seem lost at sometimes, not knowing what to do next. The rolls are REALLY band. they also have no MEAT inthe sound. You can hear them fine but the don't make you feel them. Drums are usually the weakest part of a amateur recording, with vov=cals running a close second. I don't know why. So really, for me fix the drums and you have a cool recording, even though I don't like the style of 2 songs that is not for me to say wether they are good or bad.
