crate V Series V18-112 18W 1x12 Tube Guitar Combo Amp

This amp has a very vintage british sound which I love, If you turn the gain down to about 2 and dime the clean level you can get a great 'fat' clean. Distorion is amazing, very thick and vintage. Ive hooked up one of my buddies peddels on the clean and it produced a decent medal sound, but I wouldn't buy this amp if thats what you're going for.

Ive been playing for about 5 years and have gone through more amps than I'd like to admit. If your looking for tube (and I dont know why you wouldn't be) check these amps out. There pretty much the same amp as the palomino's but a little better priced. I love the gain on this amp, I've heard some describe it as muddy but I don't buy that. You just have to dial in the settings and you can pretty much get any sound out of it you want with the exception of medal. If it were lost I would probably buy a new one. One of the best all tube amps for sound and price out there...
