Members jazzed
Don't think anyone can make a defintiive judgement without seeing the piano. Anyway, if you can't sell it, don't throw it away, at least give/donate it to someone who could use it. Perhaps a school.

We cant even find out how much they sold for, there is a minimum its worth without seeing it, if its in excellent condition its in excellent condition. Members WhinyLittleRunt
I found one listing on the P242 here. They want $1000 OBO. Needs a tuning too. It really is a crapshoot though - i sold a nice Baldwin Acrosonic console for a mere $200 bucks because no one wanted it, regardless of condition. When something is a bitch to move, it's a bitch to move in any respect.
Members PhreddyBoy
It's only worth as much as someone will pay for it. Period. Put an add out and say - best offer. Or silent auction.

I noticed that particular ad expired in June of 2004. I suspect they did not sell it at that price. I would suggest contacting a local piano tuner. These guys usually have a good idea about the worth of acoustic pianos.
