Sound Quality

I have a Loar LH400, first of all I love the action. I had the fret ends cleaned up [ which most Loar guitars need ]. My problem is the sound ,I put a archtop bridge pick up in, the sound is not all that pronounced. Anyway I'm trying to find strings that sound good with this guitar, I like jazz so I tried Flatwound, Pure Nickel, coated strings and phosphrous bronze. Does anyone have a better solution I'm trying to get louder, yet keep it clean and warm. Next XLNY.

Reliability/Durability

THe LH400 is pietty well made, great neck.

Price/Value

I value mine with the pick up and case at about 475.00

General Comments

Very playable and comfortable. Plays soft.
