Members insanemonkey Posted June 14, 2006 Members Share Posted June 14, 2006 My friend runs an Alesis Ion through one of these and it's pretty soft even for practices without a preamp. From what I've heard the Roland KC350s are much louder for some reason even though it's less than half the wattage (at least with a Motif ES8 going through it). Members daviel Posted June 14, 2006 Members Share Posted June 14, 2006 I have used them and I find the sound very clean. The Rolands are louder - heck my kc100 is loud. I like the 300.
