Members rando
Hey all, First time poster on this board.. I have spent some time on the bass boards. Anyway, I just bought a used MS2000. I am experiencing a problem saving patches. I followed the manual instructions to save, and as long as I keep the synch powered, I can return to it. However, once I power down and power on again, it is no long saved. Anybody heard of this? Am I just missing something. Is there maybe something wrong with this piece? Thanks,Randy
Members Umbra
Never seen that one. Do you have the memory protect off when you try to save? (global menu 2A). There's also page memory but I'm not sure what that does without looking it up in the manual.
Members Dejavoodoo
Basically, you have to press the WRITE key twice for it to save the program. As Umbra said, make sure write protection is off. I think all Korg synths are set up like that. It's like the "Are You Sure" message on computers. Have fun, RWO
