One of the keys isn't working properly, I'm trying to open it up to get at the keys but I can't figure out how. I currently have the bottom part off and unscrewed the back but that didn't do anything. I need to figure out how to take some of the keys out.

I have been using this keyboard since they came out, have 3, only one working well. May have parts if you need a key or two. I would suggest getting the VERY BEST contact cleaner at Radio Shack, about $16 and spray the offending key and push the key down about 1000 times. This from under keys, since you have it apart. The whole keybed comes up if you unscrew all points where it is attached. BE VERY CAREFUL not to yank on ribbon controller which goes to keybed on right side. The contact cleaner evaporates soon and does not stay wet long.Obviously, unplug unit for a while. A rust-like residue gets on contacts and causes this problem, especially near the water. Richard
