Kawai A 11

I recently picked up a Kawai A 11 Synth but am unsure how to add patches such as a B3 sound. Any ideas?

Do you have a picture of the thing? I've never heard of it . Google didn't give me any results.

You might want to get your glasses checked. That's not an 'A', it's a 'K'.

And to answer your question, there are companies that sell third-party sounds for this keyboard. If you don't like the stock organ sounds and you're not interested in learning to program your own, go that route.

I did find an editor but am still a newbie at this.

K11 has the Performance mode. You can layer up to 4 sounds with it. It provides easier way to edit the sounds - choose some organ presets and mix them.
