Members Synthoid
Just wondering if anyone out West has visited the Waldorf booth. Or was the PDF brochure with its computer-generated images all we're gonna see for a year (or two) ?

Members radiospace
Hey, just uploaded some photos from the Waldorf booth. http://www.flickr.com/photos/cbkimpi/ Nice. The Zarenbourg looks like it's playable... looking forward to hearing some comments from folks about how it sounds. One thing's for sure, Waldorf knows how to design some beautiful machines. (Korg, Yamaha and the Rhodes Music Corporation could all learn a thing or two IMO...)

Members Synthoid
Thanks. What's on that screen in the top upper right? Looks like a couple guys from "This Old House."
Members Mook
WHITE! It was a jest! Looks like a non-working model - the inside of the case looks like it's fitted with a lamp though in that photo... which is illuminating the buttons and 'lcd' and 'led' displays. The Q Pheonix below looks real though...

Members Unfed
still not sure it's white - look at the fold in the metal where the keys start (just to the lower left of the synth's name print). the highlight on the edge makes it look silver, though the flat space next to the keys where the wheels are looks almost as white as the keys. i'd think it's a very light silver. no? Members renegadebliss
On the Waldorf list, Waldorf is indicating that it is a mock-up for display purposes to give an idea what it will look like

The Waldorf guys are saying it's white, but they are open to changing the color. Carbon111 is against any change. More to come...

Members mildbill
The knobs on the Stromberg look like slick machined metal, maybe chromed almost.Seems like they'd be a bit difficult to get a good hold on them maybe?
