Members denistu007 Posted July 3, 2007 Members Share Posted July 3, 2007 Hello, I am in dilemma of buying either KORG TR or KORG Electribe EMX-1. I am looking for a machine that would allow me to create powerful, synth based grooves. I am starting an acid-jazz project and would like to enrich the sound with nice and deep jazzy grooves. I've recently got a Nord Lead 2x which is also a powerful synth. I am still exploring its capabilities but I have a feeling that I would still need a groove box if I want to use some complex grooves. So the question is, should I go for Korg TR or EMX-1? Which one would better fit the need and complement my Nord 2x. Your help would be highly appreciated. Thanks!
