Looking for a cheap, compact, light old synth/keyboard with 61 semi-weighted keys(yes I know this makes it big but as small as can be for this), a pitch controller and a couple of other controllers. Nothing fancy.

I aleady have a cheap, light heavy synth with those requirements but it's far too heavy.

Roland Alpha Juno 2 - very reliable nice DCO analog synth. They usually sell for $200 - $270.

Yamaha DX7II. Excellent keys.

Also, look for Yamaha YS-100 or YS-200. Funny looking synths but sound fine and have excellent, wide mod and pitch wheels. Usually under $100.

Hmm, probably worth looking for the Yamaha YS series. What's that newer analogue modelling synth they do actually?

The board I already have is a ROLAND though and it's {censored} heavy, made out of solid steel or something like that, the U-20. I'd rather have one that's made out of strong plastic.

I just need something to practice keys on, so I don't mind what sounds it has really.

If you can live without the semiweigted keys and you're just looking for virtual analogue sounds, Yamaha AN1Xs can be had incredibly cheaply nowadays. Very light, aftertouch, ribbon controller. And sounds good for something so cheap.
