epiphone Valve Junior Tube Amplifier Head

Super. I have to disagree a bit with a poster below. I think this is a good amp for beginners. I think beginners should start out with a basic amp to force the player to get their sound. Can always add effects after they get experience.Just my opinion.I got a crapload of effects I run through this amp, and they all sound great.As far as tubes, I have had nothing but good experience with sovtek, EH tubes for the last 15 years or so. I tried a few different RCA tubes in it , and they don't sound any better than the tubes already in it.I guess JJ tubes are the cool tubes to like nowadays. I dunno how 'honest' this amp is, but it hasn't tried to steal anything from me yet.

Only had it a little while with no problems.Not worried.

Awesome amp. Playing guitar for 30 years. Charvel, Flying V , strat clone are main guitars.
