Members Bunjamin
I already have been playing guitar, so I am familiar with music theory. I don't need or want to learn how to read music, so books that only teach on ledger lines are out. I guess I just need to familiarize myself with chord shapes and scale patterns. I was thinking about getting the "Keyboard Grimoire" since I already have one of the Guitar Grimoires and its awesome. What books could you guys recommend me? Members eric
Check out Hanon for learning technique. It is kind of an industry standard for developing piano hands and though it is on a music staff, they are repetitive patterns that require minimal sight reading skills.
