Members suitandtieguy Posted August 22, 2008 Members Share Posted August 22, 2008 hey just thought i'd mention on the first page and a half of my livejournal right now is kind of a "photoblog" of my trip down here to the TN/VA Tri-Cities area for the Electro-Music 2008 festival. it's linked in my sig under "Lawrence Miles style rants." it's actually a bit synth-light but i think some of you may appreciate it. there are some enjoyable displays of electronic excess within, including 4 TB-303 tributes (x0xb0x, acidlabs Bassline, FR777, and FR Revo) in a row hooked up with 4 drum machines and my modular. i came down here to just hang out and meet a few people i only talk to on the phone, including this forum's very own Controlvoltage (who i hope doesn't mind the photojournalising and KSS attention whoring.) i've also taken about 260 photos with my digital camera, and when i get back i will sort the whole mess and get them uploaded to my LJ scrapbook. this is also why i haven't been active here for like a week. i've been on vacation, so to speak.
