I think the V-Synth is an interesting choice ... and it has a much larger selection of workstation-type sounds like acoustic guitar, electric pianos than you'd think ... If you get V-Synth XT, you'll also get the D-50 card built in which also has more of that type ... of course, V-Synth also does wild and wooly like no other ...
