Controlling a Voyager via CV

I have almost no skills with true analog synths, expecially regarding how to connect & control them via CV.

The Voyager OS is a synth i am interested in, but prior to get it, i must know if i will be able to control it via MIDI gear.

I own a Futureretro XS which has the great bonus of being capable of working as a MIDI to CV interface. Infact i'm using it to control the filter cutoff of the Revolution, since it has an analog MOD W OUT jack which i connected to the Revo, and everything works fine.

Problem is : the Voyager Old School has, among others, 3 CV inputs : PITCH and MOD1/MOD2. I checked the manuals and i'm pretty sure that connecting the CV OUT (pitch) jack on the XS to the PITCH jack on the OS will allow playing the OS through the XS with my MIDI controller (but, if you can confirm this to me, i'll be even more sure :)). My doubts are about the expression control : i can connect the MOD W OUT jack of the XS to the MOD jacks of the OS, but while the XS will output 10 volts (max), the MOD1 jack on the OS seems to accept only a range from 0 to +5, whereas MOD2 has a range of -5 / +5. On the Revo (which modulation IN jack accepts ranges from 0 to 5 too), it was easy to fix this, since the amount of input modulation is controlled by a knob - placing it at half position makes the whole cutoff sweep controllable.

But what about the Mini ? I was not able to understand if the amount of modulation coming from an external CV signal can be set, as it happens on the Revo, or if it is fixed to 0-5 or -5/+5.

Anybody is controlling his/her Voyager via CV here, and had any issues, or is it quite a straight operation ?

Sorry for the long question but i tried to make it more clear as possible, since, as i said, i am a total newbie at CV control...

(and yes, i could get a standard MIDI Voyager, but i'm trying to save a little cash, which is literally unbelievable for me . And the OS has a more direct interface than all other Voyager versions, as you know)
