Members b3keys
My beloved Juno 106 has decided to act up again. It plays in manual mode only, all six voices sound, but when I switch to preset mode, I am not getting any sounds. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Have I lost my presets? Members ElectricPuppy
If everything still works in manual mode, then the battery's probably died and you lost your presets. It's an easy replacement if you're handy with a soldering iron.
Members b3keys
EP and Med, thanks for the replies. I had just recently replaced the battery a few months ago. Do these have a short life?
Members ElectricPuppy
EP and Med, thanks for the replies. I had just recently replaced the battery a few months ago. Do these have a short life? That's peculiar. I replaced the original battery in mine just last month, and it was still holding the presets even after 24 years. I used a CR2032 replacement, it ought to last just as long. Maybe you got unlucky with a bad battery? If you've got a voltmeter, see if the battery has 3V. If not, then there's your problem.
