Members aahmad87 Posted August 8, 2009 Members Share Posted August 8, 2009 Hi guys I recently purchased a Yamaha MM6 from the US and shipped it 5 continents across to my home country.. i think it might have suffered a bump... although i put like 20 FRAGILE stickers on it... Heres the problem... Half the screen has vertical lines like shown in the first picture... they disappear after 5 to 10 minutes.. should i be worried? is something giving up like some internal circuit? ive noticed i only get these if i leave the keyboard on stand by (power connected) for too long... otherwise if i disconnect the power, it turns on fine the next time... also something to note here is that i m using a step down transformer 220v to 110v due to regional differences in the rating... Nope...Warranties don't transfer. Once you bring it across a border the warranty is done.
