DAW and Win Vista 64 bit

Hi Guys,

I'm trying to get DAW, but I'm a PC user, and using Win Vista 64bit.

I found Cubase, Sonar, Reaper, Studio One support 64bit OS, but wanted to hear some users' feedback. All the demo versions installed okay, but I just don't know how they really work if I pay for the license. If any of you are using one of these DAWs with Vista 64bit, please let me know your experience. Or, if you have other recommendation that work with 64bit PC, that's also great. Thanks!!!

I'm using Cubase 5 on Vista 64 with some problems with certain vsti's.

The actual Cubase program works without a hitch, it's only certain vsti's that aren't (or won't ever be) written with 64 bit versions, that can cause some problems.

You get 32 and 64 bit versions of Cubase on the disc. Some vsti's that work on the 32 bit version don't work on the 64 bit version. There's supposed to be a 'wrapper' program to handle it, but it doesn't work well with all vsti's.

I have both 32 and 64 bit versions loaded.

Thank you. Would you tell me more about the VSTi that doesn't work on 64 bit version? I'm planning to get Addictive Drum and Trilian to make jazz backing rhythm track.
