What I know so far is that it was designed in 1979 by Mario Crucainelli and Bob Moog and were available to the public from 1981 to 1986 only. It s a 49 key 4 octave polyphonic organ synthesizer.

I have general specifications on it but I have no idea what this thing is worth. I do know that it is very rare, I talked with a guy on the phone today who has been running and specializing in keyboards for 25plus yrs and he has never heard of this.

Would love to know what its worth, and any other specifics I may not have

I had an opportunity of buying it. I left it just because I do not have enough space in my room and I am not into organ sounds anyway.

Basically it's simply hammond clone with leslie emulations, percussions and so on.

The basic sound was still great, very warm and lovely tone as it's entirely analog... not "cheesy" as I expected and the tones you can get are very flexible and usable.

I would recommend to buy it if it's cheap (about 150 euros). :thu:

So do you have one and want to sell it? Or are you looking to buy one? It's not that they're particularly rare, because they're not. It's more that they're not terribly well known. I think they sound great. I don't have one but I did miss out on one on Craigslist about two weeks ago. It is a cool little organ that is not well known, sounds cool, and not particularly valuble. Crumar was an Italian company that sold inexpensive keyboards. They were about half the price of the big brands. I love my Orchestrator. However, I wouldn't pay a lot for any synth that was 30 years old, Italian, and had a significant amount of it's parts made of unobtainium. I'l spin the wheel on anything under $200. After that, obscure Italian synths become a lot less appealing.

There's one on Ebay germany atm that's 250 Euros.

I will say though that TBS are very reputable sellers i can vouch for, so it's a less riskier deal than random unknown Ebayer.

I'd say too a Roland RS09 would rush you about the same for possible a poorer spec.

Yeah I do have one that I got about 2 weeks ago, I found it in a storage room at my church and they said I could have it. I would like to sell it but not for 200. I saw one sell on Ebay for 580 when I started looking up info on this thing.

TBS still have that Toccata on their webpage for E299.

Maybe someone somewhere paid E580 for one but if a dealer like TBS can;t get E299 for it then i'm not sure how you will.

I guess you could put it out with a BIN for that and hope someone who's never heard it who just had a line of coke will bite.

I'd say the youtube demos of it don;t actually sound particulatly good. I'd say too that since your church gave it to you for free, it seems a bit mean to be going for a suckers price on it.
