Members djmd
I'm not necessarily new to synths, but MIDI, yes... recently picked up a MicroKORG and an Oxygen 49. I have had an E-Mu 0404 USB for a while now for recording vinyl, etc, and mistakenly assumed that I would be able to attach the Oxygen to the 0404, and the 0404 to the MK, and send midi through. Nope, gotta use the PC, open Cubase, map a track, etc etc. I am really more into just jamming and messing around and really would love to be able to do this without a PC. Are there any products out there that can "convert" USB midi signals to a DIN out connector so I can avoid the PC? I should have done more research and picked up a Behringer controller, but alas I did not I probably will, unless there's a cheaper way to do it. I really appreciate any suggestions!
