Members Suilebhain
I am looking at buying a case for my V-Synth so that bad boy can finally leave my room. On Ebay, there are a few companies that assemble "custom" cases and there are a bunch of choices from which I will need to select if I go that route. I am hoping that someone here can help me make that decision by providing clarification on the following: Foam vs. carpet - Foam seems like it might provide more protection for shocks, but not last very long, especially when subjected to Florida heat. I was going to ask about the recessed locks but their importance is almost negated by the fact that the handle and middle lock are not recessed in any way. Also, are these cases really well built or are they pieces of junk disguising themselves as something far stronger? Thanks in advance.

Members DJ RAZZ
How much are you willing to spend, up to $400 or so. Check out Rock Hard cases, every case is made to specks and they look very sharp. They are pretty heavy with the keyboards in them though, but not as heavy as some ATA style cases.
