Members Cygnus64 Posted December 24, 2012 Members Share Posted December 24, 2012 You need to contact the publisher. Music written before 1923 is in the Public Domain, you don't need permission. After 1923, it's difficult: Warner Bros. and Hal Leonard have a lock on the biz. You have to go directly to the publisher/owner and state your case and ask for written permission.
