a name of a school band~? I've been thinking for weeks but no idea... So..~ I'm here seeking for help..~~~

it's a cover band, basically...and it presents many kinds of music, from metal to punk, from rock to pop maybe... due to different occasions... So I'm looking for a name that is simple, easy to remember, creative, and ~~~ aggressive if it has to be, but not offensive.. eh... too many rules uh.? hehe...

Thanks, and any feedback really appreciated~~~~

:)

Andier.

if it's just a cover band, then you really don't have to worry about being too 'cool' like an original act. the image isn't as important as it is in an original act. therefore, you can really be as much of a douchebag as you want in naming a cover act. go for funny. a buddy of mine is in a hugely successful cover act in jersey called 'spitroast muppet.' obviously, not too concerned with the ridiculousness of a name, but gigging more than anyone else i know at this point.

i always loved the name (it's an original by me) called 'dumpster midget'

i love that name. i even made myself a teeshirt with it written on it.

things like:

Monday Survivor

how do you feel...

I would name it something that reflects who your band is. The old walk out the door and look at the street sign outside your practice place is as good as any. Names have to be catchy so you will remember them. there is a 33rd street band around here. when i was young there was a 12th street crossing band.

a brick wall photo or railroad shot and your in em. LOL. rat

I like Wasted Youth. that was my band when I was in high school but I think it sounds cool especially for young kids. there are a bunch of bands out there with the same name but who cares if its a cover band.

or you could always go with tap dancing monkeys-I've been saving that one.
