Sound Quality

I like the front pickup because it's got a warm fat jazzy tone--not muddy at all. I use the front 75% of the time and the middle the rest from more treble. I'm working it in two bands and I always boost it--with my Morely volume/boost. I'm really not satisfied with the rear p.u., but I haven't decided what to do. I wonder what a Seymour Duncan Phat Cat would sound like in the bridge position. If I had the money, I would put a Benedetto in the front and a Phat in the bridge position. As is though, it sounds fine.

I still say these are some of the best bargains out there. I just saw a good one that was refinished go for $750 on eBay and this was a pre-Fender.
