Members mrkil
hey guys just wondering if anyone would know where i can put a tremolo curcuit that i got from an old solid state amp. it's from a garnet 5w solid state amp. i assume the signal would be powered by the amp. there where 2 versions of this amp one with trem one without. the only difference was a trem circuit that was added to the board. where would be the best place to wire this into my epiphone valve jr? thanks jeff
Members weg
If it were me, I'd wire it up in an enclosure and use it as a pedal. Less headaches and more versatile.
Members mrkil
i wouldn't mind doing that, but i'm not sure about powering it and how to wire the line in and out
Members letsgocoyote
hm looks interesting. i wonder what voltage the circuit was intended to runa t at
Members Slaymoar
It is possible. Figure out what voltage is required for this circuit to work, then show us a Valve JR schem. Common solid state circuits work in the following voltages: +3V -3V+5V -5V+12V -12V+15V -15V -D

Members mrkil
pax main board blue wire goes to the yamato 50k .068 on the left bottom orange goes to the big grey elna marked 51 u the other 2 wires on the trem unit are just ground
Members Slaymoar
Trem circuit can be inserted across R6. You could decrease R6's value to about 500k, and then add a 500k resistor to V1b Grid. As for supplied voltage, its a little hard to tell from this.. What is "pax" board? -D
