Members BeanoBoy Posted April 30, 2011 Members Share Posted April 30, 2011 I recently upgraded my Amplitube 3.2 to 3.5. It simply isn't working. After two weeks of going in circles with their online tech 'support' I'm still not able to use Amplitube. Their tech phone support is currently unavailable. Their last email suggested I uninstall 3.5 and re-install 3.2. Trouble is, I can't find 3.2 in their User Area. Can Anyone help? Layman's terms please., Thanks! Phil O'Keefe Posted May 14, 2011 Share Posted May 14, 2011 It sounds like the best solution for you is to download 3.2 and reinstall that. Where did you originally obtain 3.2? If you purchased it online (as a download), then they should hopefully still be able to provide that for you, even if it's not presently available on their site. I can't; I don't have it - you'll either need your original program disk or a download file from them.
