I would really like to go to the Winter Namm show in January '06. I have been to the Nashville Namm show a few times and enjoyed it. My "pusher" or "dealer" who usually gets me a few passes is no longer in the business. I am asking, as a fellow member of this lovely community (over 3 years:D ) for a little help? Could I get a few passes?

Why do you want to go to that? I hate NAMM. It's like a big circus without a ringmaster, and all these people grubbing for money, and telling lies. I'd rather go to TGI Fridays oar to see a really good Klezmer band.

Unless you own a music store, or are in the business as a manufacturer, what's the point of going to that? It's NOT for consumers.

Me too. But they're making me go.

It is not supposed to be, but several manufacturers would rather sell their stock off the floor than re-pack it up.

Also you get to see the NEWEST GEAR, some of which may or may not end up in your local music store.

Then there are those deals that would tempt even me into the business, such as MAPLE 5 piece lacquered drumsets for only $180.....only 1 hitch though....must buy 108 sets. That would cost me $25,000 CAN. including shipping.

PM me...

What's the BFD, I have to be there all week anyway, may as well have someone else suffer the db din parade. What, can you please repeat that?

I would need your real name as you will be carded when picking up your badge.

We have a few extraneous employee badges issued which eventually will be not used.

I'll turn one in and have the name changed over to you, show your ID to pick it up.

Send me the data...
