Members Jotown
Does anyone know of a program that will let you record phone conversations through a modem on a PC laptop? I have to record some conversations for a consulting gig that I am doing. I have one of those modem connectors that will let me record to a tape recorder, but there are some noise issues and I then have to get it into digital form to burn a CD anyway. Any help would be welcome. Thanks in advance.

Is that true? I thought is was dictated by state law. Here, the law was always that at least one of the parties needed to be aware that the conversation was being recorded. When did it become a federal matter?

Unless, of course, you are looking for anybody who may someday think about conspiring to help terrorists.....

Members John Sayers
You could download the free version of Reaper and set the input to your soundcard - the audio of the modem must go through the soundcard so you should be able to record it in Reaper. cheersjohn
Members Jotown
Thanks everyone for your input. John; do you have a link to Reaper? Thanks in advance. And yes; every recorded call is for the person I am speaking to. They are requesting recordings of the conversations. Thanks again.
