He might need to install the TAL (Try Again Later) or PJP (Patience, Jackass, Patience) module. It can be found here: Sometimes these free file sharing web-based servers take some time before they give you what you're looking for. It worked for me and I'm using Firefox. I didn't bother to download the file, but I got the link and successfully started the download before I aborted it. He might have Java script turned off, which will prevent the link from being displayed. However, a message about Java is usually displayed if that's the problem. I use the NoScript plug in and saw the 'your browser doesn't support' messages just fine. I've also had some file downloading/distribution sites be sluggish.
