Members Kaux
How did you like them? Are they any good on instruments? I was looking for inexpensive mics, but then the people i am helping decided to spend a little more on shures 58 and 57s. How do the seennheiser compare to them? So why am i considering the senns? I can get a deal on them...
Members undergod12
I have the e835. I really like the increased bass extension compared to the 58. I sing (or try to at least) mostly in the baritone range and my voice translates quite nicely on the 835. I also didn't want to have the same ol' 58 that everyone else seems to use. Almost once a gig some noob will comment on the "fancy mic" I'm using just because it is all black and shiny. I haven't really used the 835 on instruments simply because I have other mics more suited to the task. If your main use will be instruments rather than vocals, the 57 might be the better choice. Members Kaux
No, main use will be spoken word, then vocals, but i wanted to know if the 835 can be relatively versatile... Thanks for your comments.
