got a dirty mouth?

then clean it up!

iffen ye canna brush(AND FLOSS) then just rinse your dirty mooth oot with water from the tap.

I eat at places where I cannot brush(AND FLOSS) right away so I go into the wash room and as i wash my hands and face after eating I will rinse my mouth out with water.

a few times of rinse, swirl and spit will keep your breath nice and keep that nasty bacteria down. then after you get to where your toofer brush is, when you can, go ahead and brush and floss .

I routinely brush my teeth every time i eat or drink coffee or soda or tea and after i wake up.

soft brushing with a good brush and be sure to get tongue, under tongue, inside of cheeks and roof of mooth.

your teeth are supposed to last your entire life.

keep em clean and healthy and you'll be eating apples and cob-corn for as long as you liff.

thanks for lettin me share!

It's hard to take any advice, good or bad, from someone talking like a gangster ape. :thu: Thank you for letting me share.

I heard 10 years ago that rinsing your mouth with Hydrogen Peroxide each morning will keep coffee, etc. from dulling your teeth. If you can take the taste...

Doesn't bother me. So every morning I get in the shower and rinse with the stuff for a minute or 2 while washing my tantalizing frame. Then I brush with Baking Soda. Floss when I get out of the shower. I have me some pearly whites for an old guy.

Clean mouth too. Highly recommended and a hell of a lot cheaper than the latest fad toothpaste. Ya smell that? Oh... you don't? That's my mouth that doesn't smell.

No heart attack for me? I like that!

Good only use a new toothbrush since swallowing bristles shed off a worn out brush is a leading cause of appendicitis. Hydrogen Peroxide just tastes like water it just makes your gums feel tight/dry for awhile but that's good too. It's baking soda that tastes, it tastes salty. Also don't brush more than twice a day or you'll get gum disease and don't brush right after drinking soda or you'll wear off the enamle

Johnny Carson voice "I did not know that."

This, too. The Toothbrush is a vector.

"Look, dentistry students are taught microbiology in their second year at university. By the time they are practising, they've forgotten everything. And let's not forget the irony that after heart surgery, patients will be given their dirty dentures back to put in their mouth but they aren't allowed to shave because they might nick themselves, which could transmit a bacterial endocarditis."

Glass said he first became intrigued with toothbrushes as vectors of viral, fungal and bacterial micro-organisms when he was showering one day and noticed some black mould in a corner.

"I used a toothbrush to try to clean the grout and when it stayed on the toothbrush, I said to myself "ah-ha.'"

The study shows a correlation between mouth bacteria and heart attack, not a causation.

Isn't it possible that the people who don't take good care of themselves, over-eat and under-exercise might also not take good care of their choppers?

Might want to see a dentist while you're at it. I flossed, brushed, used mouthwash(Crest is best), peroxide, baking soda and I was still getting some gum disease on a few teeth. The dentist used a super hyper waterpik, much better than the one I now have, and that did the trick. Got rid of the tea stains too, unfortunately they've come back and none of my arsenal will get rid of them period, not even whitening strips. No heart attack yet.
