Members claveslave
Having been in a production of JCS and played the role several times as understudy I would have to agree with you except for the addition of the adjective. An inspiring performance, without a doubt. Thanks. Happy Easter.

Members kurfu
Ian or Teddy? Blasphemer! Ted is the one, true JCS. He toured with the 25th year reunion show, and sounded awesome.
Members rasputin1963
I saw him in San Francisco do JCS in 1993. Yeah, he was fab. They had the original American black guy doing Judas as well... What was his name? Pontius Pilate was done by Dennis DeYoung of Styx, which was an added thrill. I think Teddy is now, like, what? Twice the age the real Christ was when he was crucified.....?
Members rasputin1963
I remember reading a book in the 1990's called THE 100 MOST INFLUENTIAL PEOPLE IN WORLD HISTORY. Jesus Christ was listed as like #48 or something. People like Adolf Hitler, Juan Peron, Julius Caesar, Elizabeth I, Jonas Salk and others enjoyed higher ranking than did The Anointed One. The authors of the book explained this in their Preface: they said that they would've placed Jesus much higher in the ranking, as Christianity has indeed taken hold worldwide. Except, the authors claimed, of the great body of the world's self-professed Christians, VERY FEW OF THEM ACTUALLY PRACTICE CHRIST'S PRECEPTS IN THEIR REAL DAILY LIVES. Therefore, the authors claimed, they couldn't consider Christ all that "influential" in the STRICTEST definition of that term.....
