Members Hard Truth Posted August 5, 2009 Members Share Posted August 5, 2009 Can you think of more examples of this phenomena-an artist recording a song written by another artist strongly influenced by the original artist? The best example is Fats Domino recording a version of the Beatles' song "Lady Madonna." I believe Johny Cash's last few albums include a few examples.
