Members amplayer
Of course, a connection at 40 Gbps to a single house does little good when the rest of the internet runs so much slower. Cool anyways though. Also, a single PC would have a pretty difficult time trying to source or sink that amount of data for more than a short burst. Assuming you have a way to transfer 40 Gbps to/from the physical I/O on the computer, you still have to find a way to get the data in and out of storage (RAM or other) that fast. FYI, OC-768 (i.e., 40 Gbps over fiber) has been a reality for a while now, so really this is just a marketing stunt.
