Members somata Posted May 4, 2004 Members Share Posted May 4, 2004 i know this is a bit of a long shot, but i figured this would be the place to go to widen the net... if you can pass this on to anyone it would be much appreciated! we're 2 guitarists looking to put together a project and are in need of a drummer, double-bass would be pretty important and an ability to play very fast, but also very slow...ha! we're also open to the possibility of someone who could program organic/live sounding drum parts. our interest is in creating heavy, technical, and intelligent music. we have pro equipment, good ideas, and lots of riffs and parts that are in dire need of a good drummer to structure them. if you're interested in doing it as a side project to another main band, that's cool with us. our influences are many, and varied, but here are a few: converge, dillinger escape plan, cephalic carnage, mr. bungle, nile, pig destroyer, slayer, morbid angel, fantomas, lamb of god, opeth, suffocation, creation is crucifixion, king crimson, neurosis, rune, black dahlia murder, etc... we're located in south bend, and would be glad to travel a bit to practice with a drummer, or can provide practice space with a programmer if need be. our only other request is no drugs please. email: SBRMAlahr@aol.com thanks!!!
