Quick Alesis SR-16 question....??

Hey guys, just a quick question about this drum machine.Im a bass player and honestly I hate the sound of a drum machine, but I just want to set this thing up to use as strictly a click track without having to learn to ins and outs of programming the damn thing.We are recording again tommorrow at our drummer's house and I want to be able to set the thing up to just have a good solid click or cowbell like click to playback through the headphones for the drummer and guitarist to keep a steady timing as the song itself has quite a few odd changes and no vocals.

I dont have the owners manual anymore and am hoping its just a simple matter of hitting a few buttons to do this(I just cant remember what the F to do to get it in that mode.So can anyone help me here,I would really appreciate it??
