Sneezed on my snare drum last night.

In between songs a sneeze surprised me so I didn't have time to cover my mouth. When I looked down, there was a nice brown/green loogy sitting on the snare head. I left it there for a while, and to my surprise it actually acted as some sort of homemade moongel :o

In other news, this was my third practice after about an 8-month layoff due to health reasons, wrapping up our CD and general busy-nes. In that span, I completely revamped my setup so it was very weird going back to the kit. Yesterday, I finally felt like a drummer again though. Yay for rock n roll! :)

Ever heard of the product "Gorilla Snot". I hear it's the real deal, collected from the zoo.

Maybe you can market a competitive product, "Ulank's Boogers" or something like that.

Remind me not to eat anything that's been sitting on your snare. ;)

You're a marketing genius.

As far as the eating, I eat off my floor tom. I also serve drinks at parties on an inverted ride cymbal. The snare is now reserved for boogies.

Try barfing in your bass drum. I hear it works just like a pillow.

Do you know what kind of foods I should eat to maximize my muffling potential? What about poop? Maybe rub some on my heads to make them "coated?"

(is this open jam?:o !!!)
