If your good and sanding a finishing wood then i guess it would look good. Seems like too much work to me....sell them and get them in a finish you like. And they are not wrapped from the factory!

i dont think it would be too much work. I work at a hardwood flooring distributor, so i can get supplies to do it real cheap. sandpaper, stain, finish, etc. I think it would make a fun project.

why do i need a professional to sand and stain wood for me? I know how to do it. If it was a really expensive kit I might understand, but its just a stage custom :p Its real scratched up at the moment, so I'm sure anything will look better.
