Members kannibul3
Iron CobraPearl 2002CIron Cobra Jr. The IC has the lineage thing, costs $50 more, comes with a case, and is one of the top pedals out there... Pearl, has more options for configuration, costs less, and my former drummer was very much into this pedal. The IC Jr, at $50 less than the pearl, would be the best for wallet-impact, however, I am uncertain how it compares to the real IC... The thing is, I don't know which cam-type I prefer - so the Pearl pedal seems like a good one to start and work with. Anyhow, thoughts?
Members nklarow
I've never used the Pearl pedal, but I love the IC. Is the one your looking at the Limited Edition?

Members tmetaler
umm... i would say go for the iron cobra. the 2002c's ive played (and my 122tw... the one cam, single-chain version of a powershifter) have a major prob (imo of course... no 'fence to yall who like pearl pedals- to each their own) in that A) the "powershifting" feature is pretty much just going to be set one one setting and left alone for god-knows-how-long and B) in that powershift feature it tends to leave the pedal feeling too loose bc the two little pegs on the bottom of the pedal dont really fit into their holes too snugly and it'll waggle side-to-side, thus a significant amount of energy is lost. but if u like that, hey, go for it. the iron cobra seems to have a LOT of adjustability, so i dont think that would be a problem. whatever you do, if u can afford the sr.: dont get the junior. its a single-chain, and isnt nearly as adjustable (in my experience) soo yhea... iron cobra sr. gets my vote i, myself, will be getting one here too very soon! Members MattACaster
The Iron Cobra would be my first choice. I have 2 IC single pedals and I love 'em. For a second choice I'd go with a DW7000 for $200.
