Members Fr!tz
Well, I would practice each rudiment until you are comfortable with them. Then practice them again. I still go through rudiments sometimes.
Members cearleywine
if you're talking about a page of rudiments it's best to play them individually slow until you're comfortable then build up speed slowly. When you become familiar with them then it's fun to mix them up randomly. Whatever you're doing start really slow, make sure every motion is smooth and even of your limbs and sticks without tension or strain. Allow the maximum rebound possible for the best stick control, but practice this at all volumes.
Members slddrummer
And make sure you don't neglect the metronome! Can't stress that enough.
