Members satman
thanks for all the advice, you guys were right on the money.1st jam session at 5 months on the kit, things went really well i just laid back and concentrated on the groove,i was nervous at the beginning but then things just went well all day long.we started off on a song by saving abel,i had been working on that one so it was cool, then some ac/dc-back in black and then some skynard-tuesdays gone.then it was just improv, man i had a blast,of course the alcohol didnt hurt either. cant wait until next time, what a feeling! I found a solution to that a while back. All you have to do is find a guitar player with ADD and you won't get anywhere.

Watch out though...before you know it you'll be hooking up computers and mics and recording etc.......It's a Pandora's box... hahah thats how my first band started! then we all kinda started moving in different directions and broke up, but thats not the point lol. the point is we wrote a few killer songs, played a few gigs, and had some fun doin it! i mainly just play with whoevers available right now, most of the time with my guitarist brother and one of my friends whos a keyboard player. its a lot of fun to play with other musicians, whether youre in a band or not. its also a great experience because now that i sort of got my name out a bit with my first band, people call me up to jam and fill in a lot more often.
